Finaly I have time to publish all other info about our donkey super hero – Andriukas! So here’s how he tried to stop me when I published the video of him on the web. First email to owner of my domain:

Hello hostmaster,
Hello. I must to report that in domain name, “henkas.net”, which is bought from your company, in URL http://www.henkas.net/stuff/andriukas.xx is publicating an illegal information, with no consent of author and it is in contravention of the law. We want that this file must be deleted immediately, or domain name must be blocked with the reason of piracy. If you do not have power to do this, we want to know who is the owner of domain “henkas.net” and have his/her/it all information about.

Then we sent him an answer back, which was like this:

Dear Andrius,

We have reviewed your e-mail and looked for illegal information on henkas.net. And have found the file named “andriukas.zip”. Our lawyers decided that this file is illegal because they have not found any agreement of the man who is in that movie. According to US laws section 1.25.5 use of photo/video or other media without owner permission is highly prohibited. Depending on this reason that Linas Mazonis do not have the necessary agreement form you to publish the movie named “andriukas.3gp” in zip file “andriukas.zip”. We have decided to report this crime to Lithuanian court and recommend a vindictive of 4000 USD. We either have contacted Lithuanian authorities for this illegal publishing and waiting for reply.

We do our best to protect laws. You have to make your decision about Linas Mazonis and what we should do about this incident.

Domain “henkas.net” must be blocked immediately with no way to register or accesses and change it information on it. Everybody must be unavailable to see any information on that website! Linas Mazonis must do not have any access to that domain and change anything. Its must be blocked completely!

Hello John Armols,

Actions must be taken imediatly! Linas Mazonis have been disagree to delete archive “andriukas.zip” and “the movie named “andriukas.3gp”,
so he must be punished! If will be necessary I have evidence.
Domain “henkas.net” must be blocked immediately with no way to register or accesses and change it information on it.
Everybody must be unavailable to see any information on that website!
Owner of the domain must do not have any access to that
domain and change anything. It must be blocked completely!
“andriukas.zip” file is illegal because owner do not have any agreement of the man who is in that movie. According to US laws section 1.25.5 use of photo/video or other media without owner permission is highly prohibited.
Vindictive should be higher than 4000$, for moral damage!

Our replay to this:

Dear Andriukas,

We have started the investigation and to continue it we have to
receive
your photo to make sure that is you in that video. Please send us a
high quality photo of yours and we will forward this case to
Lithuanian authorities.
Now we need your phone number so we could call you immediately. Our
lawyers also told as that we need a scanned copy of your ID, social
security card or driving license, so we could start legal actions.
