Kaunas days 2005 festival
Today we were going for a ride with our bicycles and we were not expecting to sow a huge festival in the city center. It looks like a Kaunas days 2005. A lot of people from all over the kaunas came to the city center, it’s totally filled with people. Anyway it’s interesting when that kind of festivals happening unexpectedly (I’m talking about myself) :). I also found an elephant in the laisves al. which looked like Dambis :) from the cartoon “Dambis” (an elephant with a big ears) :) do you remember that one? I also sow three big orchestras in there. I got a snapshot of one of them with nice girls in a front :). Take a look at the pictures…
I have also found one very interesting sign near the river Nemunas. It looks like an anchor crossed with a red line which makes that sign work contrary. Could someone explain me what do exactly that sign mean? I guess it’s for the boats not to “park” near the coast, but I haven’t seen any boats in Nemunas for a long time, only a few motorboats which were sailing around. Anyway the question is: What do exactly that sign mean? Or maybe it’s for fun :D. Here is the picture of the anchor sign:
